I've been experimenting with time-lapse photography since I bought my used Canon 5D a few months ago. Here's a video I put together featuring the Mackenzie River at Norman Wells Northwest Territories.
Unfortunately, I missed the actual breaking up part, as at the time I had only one battery and had to charge it overnight the first night. So I missed about five hours' worth, but the rest turned out really well, and I learned what to do differently for my next major project.
